Welcome to Creative Scholars K-Prep Preschool

These Terms and Conditions govern your child’s enrollment, participation, and continued attendance in our preschool program.

By enrolling your child with us, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment & Admission

1.1 Eligibility

Children must meet age requirements as outlined by our program and be up-to-date

with required immunizations, unless exempt by state law.

1.2 Required Documentation

Enrollment is not complete until we receive:

Completed registration form

Emergency contact form

Immunization and health records

Signed consent and policy forms

1.3 Enrollment Fee

A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child’s place.

2. Tuition and Payments

2.1 Tuition Schedule

Tuition is due monthly in advance, by the 1st of each month

Rates are provided in our Tuition Policy.

2.2 Late Payment

A late fee will be applied for payments received after the due date.

Continuous late payment may result in suspension of services.

2.3 Absences and Vacations

Tuition is charged regardless of attendance, including for illness, vacations

or holidays, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

3. School Hours and Attendance

3.1 Operating Hours

Creative Scholars K-Prep Preschool operates from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.

4. Illness and Health Policy

Children must remain at home if they show signs of illness such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or

contagious conditions.

A child may return after:

24 hours symptom-free without medication, or A doctor’s note confirming the child is not contagious

We reserve the right to send a child home if symptoms of illness are observed.

5. Safety and Conduct

5.1 Behavior Expectations

We foster a respectful and inclusive environment.

Parents and children are expected to demonstrate respectful conduct at all times.

5.2 Suspension or Expulsion

We reserve the right to suspend or expel a child for persistent behavioral issues, safety

concerns, or non-compliance with policies.

6. Communication and Consent

6.1 Parent Communication

We use newsletters, email, app-based tools to communicate important updates.

It is your responsibility to stay informed.

6.2 Photo and Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during school activities.

These will only be used in promotional or educational materials with written parental consent.

7. Emergency Procedures

We follow a comprehensive Emergency Preparedness Plan.

In the event of an emergency or school closure (e.g., weather), parents will be notified via call, text, email.

8. Termination of Services

Parents may withdraw their child with notice period, e.g., two weeks written notice.

We reserve the right to terminate services with or without notice under circumstances

that jeopardize safety, non-payment, or policy violations.

9. Changes to Terms

Creative Scholars K-Prep Preschool reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.

Parents will be notified in writing of any significant changes.
